Overview
All products offered on FLAWX Academy are digital and intangible (online courses, downloadable content, virtual tools).
As such, no refund will be granted once access to the digital content has been provided, except in strictly defined cases (see below).
By purchasing a digital product or booking a course on our website, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as per article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (immediate access to digital content).
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Mistaken purchase: If you accidentally made a purchase and can provide proof (e.g., duplicate order, wrong product selected), you must notify us within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Technical issue: If the downloaded files are corrupted, incomplete, or you are unable to access the content due to a confirmed technical problem on our side, we will either fix the issue or offer a refund.

Course cancellation:

You may cancel a booked course free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will not be refunded.

In any of these cases, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your request at contact@flawxmusic.com. We reserve the right to approve or deny the request based on the information provided.
Non-refundable products
The following products and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Downloaded digital files (samples, templates, presets, etc.)

Online course content once accessed

One-to-one coaching or classes that were attended

Gift cards or coupons
Processing refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment.
We do not cover:

Bank fees

Currency conversion costs

Refunds for late cancellations of courses
